Web conferencing and cloud computing

Web conferencing software is software that can be used to hold virtual meetings with students, employees, or even a friend. This type of software can be beneficial to companies and educational facilities.  Web conferencing software proved to be very beneficial to a lot of people during the Covid 19 pandemic.  Cloud computing is a file storage system that can be accessed from any device by logging in.  The benefit of cloud computing is that your files are always available, where ever you are and on whatever device you are using.

Web conferencing software includes programs such as WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Google meets, Zoom, and etc.  Cloud computing software contains programs such as Dropbox, Amazon Photos, Icloud, and much more.

 Tools for web conferencing

One way that you can implement web conferencing and cloud computing in your career or educational endeavors is by setting up meetings with your professors or setting up meetings with your employees/ employer.  Those meetings can be quickly recorded and saved in the cloud storage for all parties to have immediate access, without jumping through hoops to share such a large file.

One challenge that should be considered when implementing web conferencing and cloud computing would be to make sure to use software that all parties have access to. Some of the programs mentioned above are not free and can be a challenge for some to acquire.
